Totally screwing up messenger and WhatsApp. So bad now meta have taken over, only matter of time till people stop using there apps.

They are scum. Liars and thieves. I bought an expensive oculus vr headset and now they are forcing me out of my own device, unless i make a meta account. I feel a longing for the good old days.

They bought out Oculus. Bricked my Oculus Rift S due to software updates. Finished my suffering by discontinuing it so they didn't have to deal with us and instead released a plastic china-grade box that ruined the whole reputation of VR.

Context: Been trying to fix my VR for months now just so I can play some of the games I saved up hundreds (for the VR) just to access. Haven't been able to even run them and all I can do is sit and watch as everyone with their fancy expensive non-Meta ones stream themselves having a blast I could only join in for a laughable 40 hours. Meta shut down EVERY aspect of support for the Rift S and I can't even sell it because there's not a single way for me signing out of the account connected to it. Clap your hands and sing to yourself why don't you, god damn reptilian owner.

Meta is killing Facebook with all the ads you can’t see your friends without ads being forced onto your account, I even got a message from them saying my account was restricted because of the interaction and buying from the ads this is total lies from meta I don’t like ads, I reported them as a scammer and blocked further messages from them,

Their are 2 step verification process does not work. you asked to be sent a code via email or text and you never hear anything. this is the worst platform on the Internet.

On November 22, 2022, my Facebook account was closed. I filled out the form in your help center and submitted my credentials. I did not violate community standards on my account, you closed my account for no reason. This is my account that I have been using since 2009. I'm very sorry about this situation :( My username on my Facebook account that was closed is caferalparslann.bal Please open my account.

Dont buy. Worst company ever. Wasted £1000 on two headsets and neither work.. been in a constant battle for 5 months trying to sort. They were sent back months ago and told id get replacments and still nowhere ...

You purchases mean nothing. I bought software from them on one VR set and can no longer access on that set, as they have ended support. Bought a new Meta Quest 2 and can't get my purchases back. Talked to support, and they told me I have to buy it again. It's like buying movies from a place like Amazon and then them telling you can't watch them anymore.

A company run by the biggest sap on the planet! Their platform is built just to aid American scammers extortion...,

But you call iut one of the scamners you get a ban for 28 days for breaching community standards!

We haven’t even gotten to use the VR set. When attempting to set up accounts, kept receiving errors. Basically went in a circle for about an hour. Looked online for a solution and the only thing I could find suggested resetting headset to factory settings and deleting app. Tried it. Went to log back in and and was greeted with a notification that the account was scheduled for deletion. Attempted multiple times to follow steps to cancel deletion only to be repeatedly met with a webpage that was not working. No support ticket options, No number to call. No chat. Meta is willing to seek a product they offer ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE for. I hope this is the bane of Metas downfall. I now own a very expensive brick.

I have had an oculus quest 2 since they came out and I loved it. Until the last 3 months..
When I turn my oculus on, it's because I would like to play on it. However, the last 4 time I have wanted to play on something It doesn't work as the oculus software needs updating. So I spend a good half hour doing that, by this point I've lost interest in going on it. I don't know why there is a need to constantly put updates on as I don't see any difference and it only prevents me from actually using the product. Its unnecessary and it's starting to feel a lot like a Microsoft product.

I am really worried after reading all the other consistently poor reviews about Meta that I am about to lose £400.00.

My issue is a mess up between Meta and their courier service Yodel. I paid for the product, an Oculus Quest 2 and it never arrived. Yodel was supposed to provide a door step photograph as proof of receipt and evidence of the delivery but no evidence was provided.

Yodel have washed their hands with the issue. They say I must take this up with Meta although they have the responsibility of delivering the package.

Meta have apologised and said be patient whilst they investigate but no other specifics.

I want a refund so I can buy the product from a reliable high street source.

Will I get my refund back? Is this an elaborate scam?

The switch from Facebook to meta and I don't think I'm exaggerating was the worst things to ever happen to thousands of individuals devices such as the oculus pretty much ceases to work and the Facebook accounts can no longer retain your account details and to try to fix any of it it's a pattern back and forth to the same two websites that both do jack this switch has taken money from me and many of people meta as a company is full of crooks and scams

I have a Quest 2 and I spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. Meta works diligently to keep breaking head tracking, wifi connection, drivers, accounts and apps so every time I'd like to use the product I spend all my free time to fix a myriad of problems. The latest of these is that AirLink stopped working and I already spent an hour on it. I give up.

this business is useless waste of money & time they don't even help you or have any way to get hold of theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee customer service staff all are greedy selfish, bribe taker and not good for anything + they don't want help out customers.

f***king bas****td company c**t company. this business needs to shut down.
I want meta to contact me or else ill leave even bad review.
